A photographer has shared some of the insights he has gained over the 40 years he has spent documenting the lives of the Royal Family. Arthur Edwards, who first photographed the royals in 1977, reflected on the "tactile" and loving relationship between the Duke and Duchess of Sussex , and revealed how he witnessed the breakdown in Charles and Diana"s marriage. The young Princes are avid polo players and are regularly seen taking part in competitive matches in order to raise money for a variety of charities, including Prince Harry’s African charity, Sentebale. The vast majority went on security, with a “ring of steel” around Windsor for the May 19 event. But fascinating new cost details have emerged. It also included £232,810 for the PA system which relayed events from inside St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle to the wider public. A further £1,084,512 was paid to Windsor and Maidenhead council for “stewarding, crowd control barriers, big screens, waste disposal, barriers and associated costs” and private contractors received £128,714.
