Princess Eugenie: She will have to carry THIS on her royal wedding day to Jack Brooksbank

Image
Princess Eugenie will have to follow a particular royal tradition for her wedding to Jack Brooksbank at St. George"s Chapel, Windsor Castle. It involves carrying a certain plant on her wedding day which is customary of all royal brides, including most recently Meghan Markle , 36. Her bouquet must contain a flowering plant called myrtle, according to the decades old custom. Meghan also carried myrtle when she married Prince Harry earlier this year. The royal rule was revealed by Grant Harrold, a former butler in the royal household. James Vince hopes to continue revival in Royal London Cup final and nudge England selectors

Image
O f all the things that are not what they used to be, the county cup final at Lord’s is right up there, along with the punctuality of trains and the availability of caviar. If this was the county cup final like the good old days on the first Saturday in September , and the highlight of the English season except perhaps in an Ashes summer, James Vince would be just a century away from getting back into the England Test side. No matter that it was a limited-overs game, England’s selectors were not overzealous about data in those days, and a ton in a cup final was good enough for them. A century now in the rather run-down county cup final would be nothing more than one small step for Vince, who scored 76 in the Christchurch Test then lost his place to Jos Buttler. But one of the few things Buttler cannot do is bat number three, nor has Joe Root made a big score in that position, so beneath that exterior which is almost suave yet does not quite conceal how much he cares, Vince lives in ho

"Look at the publicity she has brought in run up to the wedding. I"d argue that"s worth every penny," she added. However, Meghan might"ve "contributed certainly some of the costs" to either or both of her wedding dresses, which were heavier on the pockets, according to Nicholl.

"Half-truths and grubby backstairs gossip!": Lady Colin Campbell"s new book that claims to provide intimate insights into ...

Image
Lady Colin Campbell, the 68-year-old daughter of a Jamaican merchant, is certainly no aristocrat  At the beginning of her deeply distasteful book on the Queen’s marriage, its author, Lady Colin Campbell elects to dedicate her compendium of half-truths and grubby backstairs gossip to ‘my beloved sons Dima and Misha, with the hope that they will one day enjoy the true blessing of good and durable marriages’. If her hope is realised, her adopted sons will be doing better than their mother, whose acrimonious marriage to Lord Colin Campbell lasted a mere 14 months, in spite of which she has continued to cling tenaciously to his title, using it to announce that ‘she is connected to all the Royal Families of Europe’. It is a claim utterly denied by her former husband. For Lady Colin Campbell, the 68-year-old daughter of a Jamaican merchant, is certainly no aristocrat, and she proves it by her latest outrage in subjecting our greatly loved and respected Sovereign, at the age of 92, and
