Prince Harry reveals he "meditates every day" - AOL UK

The Duchess of Sussex has in the past spoken about her love of meditation and it seems husband Harry is following suit.

During a visit to Birkenhead, Merseyside, Prince Harry revealed that he meditates daily.

The dad-to-be reportedly spoke to a 69-year-old Buddhist monk named Kelsang Sonam, who gave Harry a copy of a book entitled "8 Steps to Happiness", after the prince told him he meditates every day.

It comes after Prince Charles" charity provided funding for yoga, meditation, and "breath-focused stretches" for young prisoners, in a bid to help restore "hope and positivity" behind bars.

According to the Prince of Wales"s Charitable Foundation"s annual report for 2018, the charity last year handed a "small grant" to the Prison Phoenix Trust, which "encourages prisoners in the development of their spiritual welfare, through the practices of meditation and yoga, working with silence and the breath".
