What celebrities are pregnant?
Of course, there"s the royal baby, the first child expected by Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan. Actresses Kate Mara, Amy Schumer and Katherine Waterston are also looking to welcome their first baby this year.
Then there are the veteran parents. Superstar Carrie Underwood is expecting her second baby while celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay will welcome his fifth child.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry
Gender: Unknown. This will be their first child.
Due: In the spring.
Kensington Palace announced in October that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are expecting their first child in the spring. Meghan allegedly told supporters recently the due date is the end of April. The royal baby will be seventh in line for the throne. The mother-to-be continued with a royal schedule, even after she started showing.
Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher
Gender: Boy. This is her second child.
Due: In the winter.
The "Cry Pretty" singer revealed in August that she"s expecting another child with husband Mike Fisher. She told the world during the CMA Awards in November that it"s another boy. Her son, Isaiah, was born in 2015.
Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West
Gender: Boy. This will be their fourth child.
Due: Unknown.
The couple told host Andy Cohen they are expecting their fourth child "soon" via surrogate on a January episode of "Watch What Happens Live." The couple has three children: North, 5, Saint, 3, and Chicago, 1. Chicago was also born via surrogate due to Kardashian West"s previous complications with pregnancy.
Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson
Gender: Girl. This will be her third child.
Due: Unknown.
The singer and fashion mogul announced in September that she"s going to be a mom for the third time. Simpson, 38, is expecting a girl who will join a sister, Maxwell, born in 2012 and brother, Ace, born in 2013.
Gordon and Tana Ramsay
Gender: Unknown. This will be their fifth child.
Due: Unknown.
The celebrity chef started the new year with an Instagram video post with his whole family wishing everyone Happy New Year before the camera panned to wife Tana"s baby bump. Ramsay said: "Guess what? We"ve got another one coming."
Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham
Gender: Girl. This will be their first child.
Due: June.
The couple, who were part of the controversial 22nd season of "The Bachelor," married in January in Hawaii and are expecting a girl six months later.
Race car driver Luyendyk, Jr., 37, and Burnham, 27, shared the news in November and then again in a photo shoot on Instagram in a shower of pink rose petals on Instagram.
Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and Jionni LaValle
Gender: Boy. This will be her third child.
Due: Unknown.
The "Jersey Shore" star shared what she"s most thankful for during the Thanksgiving holiday with husband, Jionni LaValle, holding a shot of her latest ultrasound. The 31-year-old MTV reality star captioned the shot: "What I"m thankful for this Thanksgiving. #family." The couple already have children Lorenzo, 6, and daughter, Giovanna, 4. LaValle told Us Magazine, the third child is a boy.
Vanessa and Kobe Bryant
Gender: Girl. This is their fourth child.
Due: Unknown.
On Jan. 1, the retired Los Angeles Lakers star announced he is expecting a fourth daughter with wife Vanessa Bryant, 36. "Vanessa and I are beyond excited to announce that we are expecting another #mambacita to go along with Natalia, Gianna and Bianka,” Bryant, 40, captioned the Instagram post.
Amy Schumer and Chris Fischer
Gender: Unknown. This is their first child.
Due: Unknown.
In October, the 37-year-old comedian and actress announced she is pregnant with her first child. Schumer has kept us laughing and apprised of her severe morning sickness along the way with frequent Instagram posts.
Danielle Fishel and Jensen Karp
Gender: Boy. This will be their first child.
Due: July.
Danielle Fishel, or Topanga from "Boy Meets World," announced on Instagram that she"s pregnant with an adorable post showing three sets of sneakers including a tiny pair for her yet-to-be-born son.
Abby Huntsman and Jeffrey Livingston
Gender: Unknown. Since Huntsman is expecting twins, this will bring her number of children to three.
Due: Unknown.
"The View" co-host said she thought there was something wrong early on in her pregnancy because she felt sick immediately. With her daughter, Isabel Grace, born in 2017, she didn"t get sick until eight weeks. Huntsman said her husband collapsed during the ultrasound when doctors told her she was pregnant with twins.
Kate Mara and Jamie Bell
Gender: Unknown. This is the first child for Mara, the second child for Bell.
Due: Unknown.
Mara, 35, and Bell, 32, confirmed the news they are expecting in January. No other detailed were given. The couple starred in the "Fantastic Four" in 2015.
Bell was previously married to actress Evan Rachel Wood from 2012-2014 and they share a son who was born in 2013.
Katherine Waterston
Gender: Unknown. This is her first child.
Due: Unknown.
Waterston, 38, revealed, she"s expecting at the at the U.K. premiere of "Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald." The private star showed off her bump as she posed for photos, wearing a sleek gold, long-sleeved gown.
Kehlani
Gender: Girl. This will be her first child.
Due: In the spring.
The singer-songwriter who identifies as queer said "sharing something so personal and precious could bring stress into my world." But Kehlani, 23, said she"s always been open and honest and she said in her pregnancy announcing Instagram post:
"I’m looking forward to sharing my little world with you all... my partnership with my very best friend and lover, our journey of conception, my choice for a natural home birth..."
